Created a CRM system to track computer trouble tickets with ColdFusion MX. The trouble ticket system also allows the upload of photos and other supporting documentation. Used CFPOP to allow technicians the ability to email photos and documents directly into a trouble ticket. This has greatly increased in productivity and information flow. Technicians can now email photos of computers from their cell phones. The CRM has allowed my client to increase turn around time for computer repair.

Responsible for all ColdFusion MX development for company and client needs. Developed an application that helped facilitate registering and managing the Florida American Legion Baseball season in Central Florida. The same application is being rolled out nationwide in the coming season.

Also responsible for the development of e-commerce applications with credit card processing for two clients. The first client used VIAKLIX and the second client used LinkPoint.

Modified an existing Active Server Pages application to fit client needs. Changes included e-commerce with LinkPoint. Client wanted a small accounting system that would automatically debit a credit card that was on file.

Learning ASP.NET 2.0 development using MS Visual Web Developer 2005. Modified and deployed the Club Starter Kit to a live server for public use. Currently evaluating current applications for ASP.NET conversion.

All applications use MS SQL Server 2000.

Completed user input actions for collecting data. Developed the database structure for the application using SQL Server 7. This application was written in Fusebox 4. To speed up form validation I used QForms, a javascript based application used to validate forms quickly. I also used QForms advanced functionality to populate dropdown boxes based on selections in other dropdown boxes.

Contract position. Responsible for integrating an e-commerce solution into an existing Content Management Systems (CMS) application. Deployed two separate websites in one month. Using SQL Server 2000 as the database. Developed a product ratings system so users can rate products and leave feedback. Product ratings were only accessible to registered users.

Design and maintain three separate company websites. All company websites get their information from a single product database which is administered through a central ColdFusion web application. Each website uses a different mark-up formula for pricing. The time it takes to change all three websites has been cut almost 80% over the old HTML websites they had before. I have also developed a ColdFusion invoicing system that allows the sales department to enter sales information on-line. They also have the ability to save customer quotes.

Created a way to "franchise" the company database to other business owners. Those business owners now have access to the hundreds of products that we currently sell. They can also change their prices from a central point. Business owners that did not have a website before now have an entire inventory of products on their website instantly. All this is accomplished with ColdFusion.

Assisted equipment dealers create a corporate identity, including a logo and website.

Supervised two employees. One employee is a ColdFusion developer and the other does data entry/product research.
